「Antico」という名前はアンティーク（Antique）の語源でもあるこの言葉には、便利さや新しさだけではなく、古き良き街並み、人とのつながり、温かな暮らし、そんな日本の魅力が失われることなく、未来へ受け継がれていく場所でありたいという思いが込められています。
The name “Antico,” which is also the etymological root of the word “antique,” embodies ourdesire to be a place where Japan’s charms—not just convenience and modernity, but the charmof old-world streetscapes, human connections, and a warm way of life—are preserved andpassed down to future generations.

初期費用はいくらですか？ / What are the initial move-in costs?
家賃35,000円（Room13のみ30,000円）、共益費15,000円、保証金15,000円です。
例：家賃35,000円のお部屋の場合、初期費用は合計65,000円です。翌月以降は50,000円となります。
Rent: ¥35,000 (Room13: ¥30,000)
Common Expenses: ¥15,000
Security Deposit: ¥15,000
Example: For a room with ¥35,000 rent, the total initial payment is ¥65,000. From the following month, the monthly payment is ¥50,000.
入居後、住民登録に住所を使用できますか？ / Can I use this address for resident registration after moving in?
はい、可能です。
Yes, you can.
外国人は入居できますか？ / Can foreign nationals rent here?
はい、滞在ビザがあれば入居可能です。日本語または英語でコミュニケーションが取れることが条件です。
Yes. If you have a valid residence visa, you can rent a room. You must be able to communicate in either Japanese or English.
寝具はついていますか？ / Is bedding provided?
マットレスとシーツはご用意しています。
枕・掛け布団・毛布は月額3,000円でレンタル可能です。
Mattresses and sheets are provided.
Pillows, comforters, and blankets are available for rent for ¥3,000 per month.
友人の滞在は可能ですか？ / Can my friends stay here?
訪問は可能です。宿泊については事前にご相談ください。
Visits are welcome. Overnight stays require prior consultation.
